Delivery

For the wallpaper, the delivery takes place within 1 to 2 weeks after the order.

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
The delivery is made by default by the Colissimo International service of La Poste :

  • 14 € european country, delivery takes 2 to 3 weeks.
  • 20 €  for US shipment, delivery takes 2 to 3 weeks.
  • 25 €  for the rest of the world, delay between 5 to 20 days after shipment.

For any special circumstances (birthday, gift ...), do not hesitate to contact us for a priority shipment.

EXCHANGES - MODE

You can exchange your product for another (subject to availability), within 15 days after receipt at home.

To benefit from the exchange, the product must be returned to us without defect (s) visible (s) generated (s) after the order.

In the particular case of a defective item (excluding the natural characteristics of the product), the return and exchange costs will be systematically covered by Maison Martin Morel. If the item ordered seems defective, send an email to contact@maisonmartinmorel.com

WALLPAPERS CLAIMS

Upon receipt of your order, it is essential to check that none of the rolls are damaged and that the wallpaper and the colors are correct. The papers can be rolled up in either direction. Before laying, you must make sure that the pattern is in the right direction. You must verify that the installer has read the installation instructions attached or posted on our site. We are not responsible for defects that were visible before installation.

Once the wallpaper is laid, we can no longer accept responsibility for any errors. You can no longer benefit from our money back guarantee or exercise your right of withdrawal.

After laying 3 or 4 strips (1 roll maximum) the installer must inspect the result to make sure there are no defects. No claim will be taken into account if multiple rolls are laid with the same defect.

In the event of a wallpaper found to be defective, the responsibility of maisonmartinmorel.com is limited to the value of the wallpaper invoiced and can not be extended to any other reimbursement (labor, supplies, damages, etc.) ). Any complaint must be made by email to contact@maisonmartinmorel.com. within 10 days of delivery of the goods.

The buyer is the sole judge of the use he makes of the goods ordered. He is solely responsible for the consequences of this use and he is responsible for choosing the qualities that suit the destination he intends to give them.
